Designing everyday to empower the weird

A walk down memory lane
Here are some of my professional endeavors, and opportunities that I've been honored to be a part of.

DreamHack - ESL Gaming America Inc/ ESL FaceIt Group
As the Product Manager of Communities & Associations at DreamHack, I’ve been instrumental in enhancing the festival experience and driving inclusivity. Originally focused on partnership integration, my role expanded to include executing partner deliverables, curating the largest Artist Alley and Indie Playground, and creating the Chill Zone to improve accessibility. I pioneered accessibility initiatives and internal processes that set new standards for DreamHack festivals in North America. Additionally, I oversee charity efforts, cosplay and drag activations, and much more- including the integration of communities and organizations, while also managing and training staff to ensure seamless event execution.
Ohayocon
As Head of Gaming Production for Ohayocon, I played a key role in shaping the event's gaming experiences. My responsibilities included overseeing the production of gaming tournaments and interactive activities, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for attendees. Through meticulous planning and coordination, I contributed to the event’s success, enhancing its reputation as a premier destination for gaming enthusiasts.
eXclusive Services and Cincinnati for H.O.P.E Coalition
Working with eXs and the HOPE Coalition was an incredibly rewarding experience, allowing me to channel my creativity into meaningful community impact. As a Cincinnati local, I took great pride in contributing to my hometown by designing flyers and graphics, revamping their website, and enhancing their social media presence. These efforts were instrumental in helping the HOPE Coalition expand its reach and engage more effectively with our local community.
Ohio Animal Advoactes
Here’s another example of how I applied my skills to support a cause I deeply care about. By redesigning the OAA website and implementing a range of targeted marketing strategies, I was able to significantly boost the organization’s impact, resulting in a doubling of both their volunteer base and funding.

Collegiate Esports Commissioners Cup
As Head of Media and Marketing for the Collegiate Esports Commissioners Cup, the largest collegiate esports event ever, I spearheaded the media strategy and execution. I orchestrated Media Day, capturing dynamic content for over 180 teams, and managed the rapid turnaround of editing and preparing materials for immediate use. Leading a dedicated team, I ensured that all media assets were ready to go by the following day, significantly enhancing the event’s visibility and engagement.
Esports Foundry
Esports Foundry was a pivotal stepping stone in my professional journey into the gaming and esports industry. As a dynamic hub overseeing a diverse portfolio, including Game Arena, EsportsGear, Metactix, and Vanguard, Esports Foundry offered me a unique opportunity to immerse myself in various facets of the industry. From merchandise design to event production, I was able to expand my skills and knowledge across multiple areas, contributing to and learning from a range of exciting projects.
